Aviation Lawyer: Whether Passenger, Pilot or Owner, You May Need an Aviation Lawyer
If you or a family member has been the victim of an airplane accident, you should find an Aviation Lawyer (Attorney) to help you. The next step that Aviation Law took was in 1938 with the Civil Aeronautics Act which created a five person panel which dealt with aircraft, facility, and aviation law within the United States. Since 2000, the aviation industry has been in financial difficulty due to changes in world economy, the entrance of low-cost carriers, SARS, war, and, of course, terrorism. These accidents are unnecessary and if you or a family member has been a victim of airline negligence or outright, purposeful ignorance, you should contact an Aviation Lawyer who can help you. Find an Aviation Lawyer associated with a major Aviation Law Firm today at hugesettlements.

Young Men Trying to Imitate the 9-11 Scenario, Part II
Not a direct result of course but if that kid had been able to be active in CAP, Junior ROTC, Boy Scouts Aviation Explorers or the EEA Eagles Program then I bet this would not have happened. This young man is not a reflection on our FARs-Federal Aviation Regulations, his actions and death are a reflection of what one of the messages of Ayn Rand was trying to say. Thus composite was brought into general aviation. For the first time general aviation had brought new innovations to aerospace. Wichita KS boomed due to the Ivestment Tax Credit regulations and the city had lots of population to draw from for mechanics, since so many people worked in the aviation factories.

Aerodynamic Inflatable Wing Gates for STOL
Those aircraft that have good flight characteristics at low speeds are favored by pilots and the companies, military, NGO or private individuals who operate them. The hinges will be on the side closest to the end of the wing not the fuselage as to not upset the already turbulent airflows at high angles of attack or near stall speeds. The gates will fold straight up and recessed into the wing with a panel, which pops outward. The gates will use the same air in the lines which are cross fed so that one gate cannot come up or stay up without the other. These gates will be filled with ram air prior to landing or approaching high angles of attack or stall speeds.

Common Cockpit Concepts and Convenient Configurations
Taken to extreme this would mean your automobile or a commercial truck would be similar to a war fighting tank, jet airliner, private boat, fighter jet, helicopter and school bus. Now then I am not criticizing the lack of cranial capacity in the modern day human, rather simply suggesting a reality check is needed. We spend too much time in training of soldiers, drivers, pilots, operators with increasingly more complicated equipment. If we borrow a friend's car we are constantly looking for where stuff is, where is the hood release, fuel hatch release and how the hell do I turn off this G-Dang windshield wiper? As machines get more complicated and humans become more brain dead due to bad use of natural selection, we will need counter these issues with better designed standardization such is being done in the CCI. Often we see drivers in cars sitting too low and can barely see over the steering wheel, when we rent an aircraft everything is in the wrong place.

The History of the Aircraft Wash Guys, Part Two
By that time Lance had been operating in many other industries such as Agriculture Cleaning, Concrete Cleaning, Fleet Washing, Auto Detailing, Car Washing and of course Aviation. Lance also got into trouble for flying under a bridge although his friend an FAA Examiner gave him a warning, If you ever try anything like that again, I'll have you thrown in jail, now get the hell out of here!. During this time Lance also became involved in motorcycle street racing, the speed did not bother him much, so he did quite well. Lance was looking to take all his knowledge and bring it to the market on a big scale starting in California and then the Sun Belt States and eventually into Europe. Without any success in finding venture capital, Lance continued his business, got into politics and at nights, sometimes all night writing up plans to fulfill his mission.

Airline Fuel Costs Mount
Think of the military aviation, jets, helicopters, UAVs, AWACs, bombers and even flying gas stations in the sky for aerial re-fueling. The airline industry is under extreme pressure now. If they keep raising their fees to passengers then the passenger per plane ratios drop off, meaning flight are unprofitable. Generally Airlines too are a 24-hour business. It is like running several airlines non-stop 24/7.

Cactus Fly-In, Casa Grande AZ
A separate company specializing in aircraft washing will have its own washing procedures and can help aviation safety with regards to washing. Fly-ins and air shows like the Cactus Fly-In is a way all of us can show our support for our general aviation business sector. Sure many of these services will be replaced, but the all in one type aviation services business will be tough, airport flight schools may opt out of other type services and concentrate on what they are good at and what is most profitable. We are seeing a recovery in general aviation after many companies, especially FBO at smaller airports were forced out of business. The event seems to be growing every year, much busier this year than last year even though general aviation has suffered due to 9-11.

The History of the Aircraft Wash Guys, Part Three
Coming from aviation into automotive services he tended to run our business strictly by the book. Winslow has always been passionate about flying and aviation. In aviation things are more critical than in the automotive sector, but he believed that being overly concerned with the little details would actually be a good thing and advantage over the competition when dealing with cars. Winslow has been so proactive in helping the team with environmental compliance and giving his expertise to government agencies who are developing BMPs for the Aviation Industry. Today the Aircraft Wash Guys team has washed for Millionaire Aviation, Executive Jet, etc.

Entering Business Aviation, Part II: Pay Rates for Flight Attendants
Between corporate moguls and Hollywood celebrities, the two metropolitan areas produce some of the most significant amounts of flying in business aviation. New York and Los Angeles are the two most trafficked areas for private flying. You know that aviation pays better than commercial, in most cases a lot better, but you aren't sure what the going rate is for a corporate flight attendant. I have heard of flight attendants flying for $0 just to get the experience and hours [how could a company conscientiously allow that to happen? Okay, stupid question!] I've also heard of a flight attendant making $600 per day flying internationally. Contract rates vary widely and depend, again, on your location, responsibilities, experience, etc.

Entering Business Aviation, Part IV: Crafting a Resume
Matt manages the Aviation Employment Board a job resource center for aviators. As a private flight attendant, your résumé should fall somewhere in between. In aviation, there are certain things that must be included in a résumé to help you get noticed. If you want to work internationally, you must respect local laws and customs. I have heard objections from some about this particular practice.

Airbus to Build $600 Million Aircraft Manufacturing Plant in US
Think on the global competitiveness of the commercial aviation sector. The Boeing Company has some heavy competition with Airbus in the commercial aviation sector and the future of commercial aviation both in passenger aircraft and cargo or freighters looks bright. Mobile Alabama is growing nice and has been moving forward with new housing tracts, retail centers, tourist destination locations and a growing and vibrant middle class. With most of the other major cities in Alabama having large manufacturing plants such as the Mercedes plant in Tuscaloosa and the large auto manufacturing plants in Montgomery and Birmingham it does make sense that Mobile would be next on the list to get some economical development juice from the state. Alabama is quite good at attracting manufacturing facilities such as Mercedes, Nissan and other automobile manufacturers and is known for their tax incentives and pro-business stance.

Point to Point VS Spoke and Hub? Air Taxi
More executives and wealthy families traveling this way provided greater volume and economies of scale and thus spurred on the market when other commercial aviation sectors were hit hard by 9-11. The economists in the commercial aviation business were watching the trends and they agreed. The trend is continuing and we are seeing a whole new wave and revival in commercial aviation. There has been much talk about this and those airlines with smaller hubs or multi-hubs and most like point to point did best in the recession and during the 9-11 downturn. Now Air Taxi business is coming into play as an extension of the fractional jet market.

Boeing is Really Flying Now
Commercial Aviation has taken quite a hit in the last five years and things did not look so great for Boeing after having massive layoffs, orders for new aircraft cut and lackluster sales. As the world grows closer together commercial aviation has a chance to take advantage of the new one-world economy. Today is quite a different story, those who betted against the Boeing Company or sold their stock prematurely must be kicking themselves now, they would have made quite a bit on their money had they simply reviewed their history notes of the last few decades. The Boeing Company has the expertise to help bring back monies to our country for all those goods we buy from places like India and China. Many other industries have left our shores to foreign lands.

The Wright Brothers
If you are like me you are very interesting in flying and aviation history. We are so fortunate in our nation to be afforded the time to think and the great civilization to explore and try new things. It is from this we get our greatest invention and greatest minds. Orville and Wilbur Wright were two such gentlemen. You can learn a lot more by cruising the Internet and reading up on their many challenges which they over came to bring us the first powered flight.

Airbus A-380 is Pretty Big
Think on it, the aviation community is as the world waits for an additional six month delay now. We shall see what happens, the gamble by Airbus may pay off, or this could be one of the biggest disasters in aviation history since the Comet or the Concorde a few years back. The massive aircraft also takes a lot of room to turn around, a lot of runway is needed for safety and can you imagine the congestion out front the terminal when that many folks deplane? Anyway, just because you build a huge aircraft does not mean it is the best choice. Sure there was some pilot error involved, always is, but you see the problem. Remember the crash in NY when the Airbus took off behind the loaded 747 Cargo Plane and lost its tail as it closed the distance gap.

American Airlines; Crash: Nov. 12, 2001 It seems this episode in American Air Disasters History is a chapter that we did not have to see to fruition. We have performance and strict engineering principles mandated by natural laws governed by Mother Nature who could really give a darn what you do.
First Class Airfare: How the Rich Travel Sleep AidsOf course, many of the first class airfares cover a large geographical area. First class airfare passengers get a whole lot of stuff when traveling on first class airfares; let's take a peek at some of those goodie bags now.
Inflatable Slots for STOL I propose inflatable slots to increase the short take off and landing performance of aircraft. For standard landings if desired the system would be filled with ram air rather than a cartridge.
Common Cockpit Concepts and Convenient Configurations If you gain or lose weight you can then adjust manually the Common Cockpit you are in and it will imprint on your SmartCard the new position. One of the big pushes in aviation and military is to have common cockpit designs, which are ergonomically correct.
Entering Business Aviation, Part III: Training Options Time for some training! So, you are not sure what type of training you will need or how it compares to the commercial side of aviation. Caveat emptor -- let the buyer beware -- is the siren call for all of you seeking training.

Future Shuttle Launches However the shuttle should be able to be guided back thru the clouds via a ground system, augmented reality simulator like the Global Hawk. Additionally why would the astronauts need to see to fly the spacecraft/aircraft at that point? After all they practice such aborted launches after lift off in simulators, where they are not actually looking at the ground and also we have available now systems, which are even used in Business Jets for zero/zero visibility landings.
Do Jet Lag Diets Work? Curing jet lag through the use of so-called anti jet lag diets is a nice idea, but, unfortunately, it's myth rather than reality. Jet lag results from the inability of your body to adjust its own internal clock fast enough to bring it into line with local time when traveling.
Automated Satellite Following System for UAV Swarms The Aerial Fire Fighting Industry uses a s system called AFF Automated Flight Following System. All other UAVs will be controlled thru that data and by satellite in grid formations every half to three miles.
Cracking Aircraft Windows with Directed Sound Waves Using such directed waves we can penetrate and crack aircraft canopies, rendering the aircraft useless to continue the mission. Currently we have talking glass technologies, which vibrate windows and can be used to whisper sounds.
